At Presellium, we offer pre-order opportunities for selected hobby products and collectibles. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve upcoming products before their official release or before inventory becomes available.

What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not currently available for immediate shipment.
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is expected to become available at a later date.
Payment for Pre-Orders
Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated during checkout.
By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize Presellium to process payment and reserve the product for you.
Release Dates and Shipping Times
Estimated release dates are provided based on information available from suppliers or manufacturers.
Please understand that:

Release dates may change due to manufacturer delays, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders will be shipped as soon as the pre-ordered items become available.
We appreciate your understanding that collectible release schedules can change.
Pre-Order Items and Regular Items
If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
If you would like available items shipped separately, additional shipping charges may apply.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.

Pre-Order Availability
Pre-order quantities may be limited.
Placing a pre-order does not guarantee availability in cases where suppliers are unable to provide the expected inventory.
If Presellium cannot fulfill a pre-order due to supplier availability or other circumstances, customers will be notified and provided with an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.
Price Changes
The price paid at the time of pre-order purchase is the price applied to your order.
Future price changes, discounts, or promotions will not affect completed pre-orders.
Collectible Product Conditions
Many pre-order products are collectible items. Product packaging, artwork, and included contents may vary slightly from preliminary images or manufacturer announcements.
We recommend reviewing the product description carefully before placing a pre-order.
