Please read our return and refund policy carefully before submitting a request.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items.

  • The product must not show signs of damage, alteration, or use.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Collectibles and Hobby Product Conditions

Because many of our products are collectible items, condition is important.

The following items may only be eligible for return if they are unopened and in their original sealed condition:

  • Trading card products

  • Booster packs

  • Collector boxes

  • Special edition collectibles

  • Sealed hobby products

Opened collectible products may not be eligible for return if the item’s value depends on its sealed condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.

  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or modified.

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

  • Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Please do not send items back before receiving return authorization from our team.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

  • Presellium is not responsible for returned packages lost during transportation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the information and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow our standard return process.
